Wouldn't it make more sense to use Expert's Dexterity/Dash instead of Escape and LR?

call me old-school or lame, whatever, but I put this on my bar over a year ago when starting my gwamm grind and basically never changed it (with sabway necros and various hench depending upon the area):
Pain Inverter
Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support
Lightning Reflexes
BHA <--that's right, I did
Savage Shot
D-shot
Needling Shot
Finish Him!
full radiant armor with major vigor
customized, 15^50, +30 (or of slaying depending) recurve bow
EVAS for initial contact on healer typically, LR for speeding me up, then tab through priority --> BHA on healer, PI for boss or heavy damage foe, d-shot and savage what you can, needle the half or lower bars and finish him! on low-bar healers.
Pies, apples, candy corn, golden eggs used as I get them for increased efficiency
I can't stand having to apply preps, spirits, or conjures prior to engaging enemy mobs in general PvE (solo stuff is a different story), the action is too fast to be bothered by 2-5 sec of pre-engagement crap.

Well if you are not using candies with that build ( i guess because you are using LR ) then Rapid fire is a good option. Im not gonna talk about BHA < Techbabble but preparations are exclusive for Rangers and i think its an option that never should leave a rangers bar . Theres even an insignia that gives +10 armor if you are under the effects of one .

OgESc5MTOGnSqGPGwG8axgYc - Expert's Dexterity Turret
OgcTc1M6ZaBymMmcX8xA1Q4AkBA - Discord Caller 1
OgcScZPTLQ2kxkyloGSMCHgM - Discord Caller 2
OgoicxpMBgxc1cJgVccXKDyKCA - Ranger Scythe
OgojYpXbqSAYMXNXvl4G8gyg0GA - Ranger/Pet Scythe
OggkchgYoKqkPY503010ZD00mINI - Expert Spirit Spamming Farm
